I have more to say about the final day of the move, but due to sporadic and uneven internet access, I won't be posting for the next week or so.
But, I made it. I successfully drove me, two cats, and my mom 2600 miles to the Pacific (or "pacifical") Northwest. Mom flew back to the midwest yesterday, and I am getting settled. Unfortunately, my stuff won't be here for another week or so.
In the last three days I have been to Target twice (and will probably go back tomorrow), been to the Co-op and the Farmer's Market, bought some groceries, been to two yarn stores, and a few other local places.
I'm still exhausted and trying to adjust to both moving my life across the country and the time change.
