I love the show Community. Love it. So very much.

The Onion's AV Club has been posting a series of interviews with the creator, Dan Harmon. It's been a great read that walks us through the development of each show this season. I really liked the behind-the-scenes view of how characters and specific shows and story lines were developed. As of today, they have posted three of the four. (*Edit: Part 4 has been posted)
