The sun!I woke up this morning and wondered what that odd light was coming in through the window. Sunlight. Glorious, glorious sunlight. Even the cats were finding patches of sunlight and stretching out.
I threw on some clothes, and like everyone else in town, ran outside to enjoy the sun while it was out. Because lord knows when it will be back. I went down to the park and walked along the waterfront--so did everyone else.
This picture doesn't even begin to capture how many people were outside today. The boardwalk and the park were completely packed. Oh, and the woman in the middle of the frame? The one with her back to the camera? She was walking a three-legged dog.
